Please follow the instructions for the required screening process:
- Go to www.minnesotahockey.org
- Click “General” on far right
- Click “Show All”
- Click “Screening”
- Click first option “Coaches Screening (Register)”
- Log in, or create log in
- CHANGE THE HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TO READ KENNEDY HOCKEY BOOSTER CLUB
- Follow through all of the forms and submit.
