 Annual Screening

1. Go to www.minnesotahockey.org
2. Click “General” on far right
3. Click “Show All”
4. Click “Screening”
5. Click first option “All MNH Positions”
6. Log in, or create log in
7. CHANGE THE HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TO READ KENNEDY HOCKEY BOOSTER CLUB
8. MN District is 6.
9. Follow through all of the forms and submit.

Go to www.usahockey.com

On the opening page,the Membership heading, is "register online"  click there.

Click on the big red REGISTER NOW

Then follow the script and send me your registration number.
